CSA Holiday Shares Available. Many people have asked us to offer an extension of the season. So we have decided to listen to our members and extend the CSA season with two deliveries – November 16 and December 14, 2011. Our stored items are a popular way to stock up on fall goodies. Cate and Mat,
I don’t know where my head was. Somewhere I got the idea that the shares stopped at the end of September, and that was why my boxes got left at the Co-op in La Crosse all month. (I am new at this.)
I am sending my check for the pork, and also a check for winter shares if there are any left. The fall one comes just in time for Sally’s and my birthday.
I will be sure to pick up my box next Wednesday.
We have truly enjoyed the bounty this year, and are looking forward to next year. We purchased a freezer, a food dehydrator, and reserved canning time at my mom’s house, so we will not waste a morsel of 2012′s delicious Ridgeland Harvest harvest.
